Start below the screw cap and shoulder

Measure the straight sidewall with the cap in place. Leave the label clear of the cap skirt and bottle shoulder, and check the bottom radius before choosing a wrap height. A squat bottle offers useful width, but the front should still be readable when a shopper holds it by the upper body.

The image shows an adhesive sidewall label, not direct printing or a shrink sleeve. If the real bottle has ribs or a grip recess, do not reuse the pictured rectangular dieline. An applied sample is the place to decide whether the label seam lies flat.

Separate machine cleaner from adjacent products

The front headline must not rely on “dishwasher” alone. The machine-cleaner distinction helps a buyer avoid confusing it with a dishwashing liquid, gel detergent or rinse aid. I would place the three finished bottles together during artwork review; if the label is ambiguous at arm's length, enlarge the category wording.

A simple dishwasher-rack icon supports recognition but cannot stand in for the brand's approved directions. The simulated back-panel lines in the image are visual texture only. The responsible team must supply and check actual product and market copy before print.

Choose material for the actual bottle and contents

Household packs may see handling, moisture and contact with their contents. UPM Raflatac's household-label overview

Inspect print contrast, edge adhesion and legibility after the agreed handling check. A claim that a label is simply “waterproof” is not enough to choose face stock, adhesive and protective finish for every formula.

Send a quote brief that avoids version confusion

Provide the actual bottle and cap, panel measurements, front and back artwork, approved copy, quantities per version, label application method and any roll-machine specifications. Ask for a digital proof and an applied sample on the filled or production-equivalent bottle.

The dishwasher gel and rinse-aid guides cover their own formats. I would keep this cleaner's naming and artwork files separate even when all three share a brand.
