Measure below the pump collar
A pump neck, collar and protective cap all occupy space at the top. Put the label on the straight bottle wall beneath the shoulder, and keep the base radius clear. Check the bottle with the pump installed, because the hand that operates the pump can cover or rub the upper edge of a tall label.
The picture shows a pressure-sensitive sidewall wrap, not direct printing or a full-body sleeve. If the real bottle is squeezable or has a grip recess, a different material and dieline may be needed. Avery Dennison's film-label overview
Keep the product name stronger than the sneaker graphic
“Shoe Cleaner Foam” should be readable without studying the icon. The sneaker and bubbles help distinguish this product from a liquid detergent or general-purpose spray, but they do not convey actual directions. The responsible brand team must supply approved copy for intended materials, use and market-specific statements.
I would compare the front label with any adjacent shoe-care SKU. If the bottles share the same colour system, make the foam format and exact product name the deliberate difference. A good SKU system prevents the attractive illustration from becoming the only identifier.
Proof with the bottle and intended handling

Do not infer “waterproof” from the presence of a plastic face stock alone. The adhesive, ink and protective finish must be selected for the actual bottle and contents. If the brand requests a claim or compatibility statement, it needs separate substantiation.
Brief the pump, bottle and label together
Send the bottle resin and dimensions, fitted pump and cap, straight-wall area, artwork per version, approved copy, quantities and application method. Include roll core, gap and unwind if machine applied. Request both a flat proof and an applied sample.
I would choose a dependable collar clearance before making the label taller for more decoration. The customer holds the finished dispenser, not a layout file.
