Separate a sidewall wrap from a reclosure label
This rigid tub has a mechanical flip lid. Its printed sidewall label is a branding and information component, not the closure itself. That matters because a soft wipes pouch can instead need a repeatedly opening reclosure label. Avery Dennison describes reclosure labels for wet wipes, but their function should not be assumed for this hinged tub.
Measure the body while the lid is closed, then open it fully. Keep the wrap below the lid skirt and clear of the hinge and any moulded grip area. A paper template placed on the tub will reveal whether the panel looks level once the cylinder is viewed from the front.
Decide what belongs on the front and back
A shopper should be able to read “Makeup Remover Wipes” before rotating the tub. The illustration also uses an eye-and-wipe icon to help distinguish the format. Actual ingredients, directions and any market-specific statements must come from the responsible brand team; the small simulated back text in the image is not usable product copy.
If the approved back text will not fit legibly, enlarge the wrap or redesign the hierarchy. I would not shrink the type until it technically fits and then call the file finished. Our skincare label system guide can help keep multiple formats visually connected.
Test with the intended handling conditions
A wipes pack may be handled with damp hands, and a filled tub has a different surface from a pristine render. Avery Dennison's flexible-packaging guidance explains that wet-product formats can require different adhesive choices. For this rigid tub, choose a construction only after an applied proof on the actual resin and a handling check.
Check the side seam, colour contrast and whether the label remains below the lid when the pack is repeatedly opened. A supplier can propose a film and protective finish, but no online material category substitutes for a project-specific sample.
Quote the tub as its own pack
Send the tub material and circumference, straight-wall height, lid clearance, artwork per variant, approved copy, order quantity and application method. If a seal or tamper feature is needed, specify it separately rather than hiding it inside the wrap request.
I would ask for both a flat proof and a photographed or physical applied sample. The first checks text; the second checks the part of the job that customers actually hold.
