Measure the usable wrap, not the whole jar
Take the circumference from the straight sidewall and leave room around the label join. The lid overhang, base curve and glass taper can make a full-wrap proof look unbalanced even when it fits the nominal diameter.
Use icons that explain the treatment family
Citrus, salt crystal, seed or botanical icons can build a useful variant system for scrub jars. They are not decoration for decoration's sake: the same visual language helps a buyer distinguish fragrance, texture and treatment families at a glance.
Pair tactile materials with a controlled layout
Granular product, amber glass and metal lids already bring texture. A label does not need to shout over them. Use a strong product name area, a color band and a compact information panel, then allow the material and the jar to do some of the selling.
Choose the label for handling conditions
Scrub jars are opened with wet hands and often live in humid bathrooms. Film materials and protective finishes may be considered for durability; material choice should be confirmed against the jar surface, oil exposure, storage conditions and application process.
Coordinate the lid without making it busy
A small lid label can carry a scent icon or colour ring so cartons and stacked jars are easier to identify. Keep the round format simple. Too much copy on a lid forces the customer to hunt rather than choose.
Review the whole set before print
